My experience with Zips was a good one. I had some alterations and pressing done. Everyone was professional and nice. I will definitely return to Zip for all my alterations and cleaning/pressing. Thank you to everyone for a good experience!

May 2024 The good and bad …poor customer service took two coats not properly cleaned , when It came back with more dirt on it . I don’t know if the dry clean solution is diluted or they’re just acting like they’re cleaning it but they are not checking it. And then to make matters worse…
The lady Manager on Eastern Boulevard did not apologize, would not let me speak to the owner. Did not offer money back, literally walked away when I was trying to show her spots on them . I asked if they are going to reclean it , I kindly mentioned I prefer not to have the same person doing it and she said the same person would be doing it.
Very quick and simple process. Took suit jacket and pants in and they were done early the next day for a couple bucks. Great cleaning quality, will continue using them in the future.
