Injury while I was on vacation passing thru PA.
Chris and his staff were amazing. Explained everything and showed me xrays. Very kind, caring and professional. Advised what I needed to do for my healing. Thank you for getting me back on my way.
Came in just before close with a ruptured achillies. I didn't feel rushed at all. Molly (PA) and Shelby (Nurse) took great care of me and treated my injury with the severity that was required. They even tried to text a doc to see if I could be seen immediately.
Molly called me as soon as they opened the next morning to make sure I got set up with a doctor's appt asap.
Update: Injury was 16 days ago. Surgery was 9 days ago. I was worried last night that I made a movement that compromised the repair. I called the on call provider which was Allison (PA) at this location. She said it was unlikely I compromised it but would be in today if I wanted her to look...read full review
The urgent care on queen street send us here after my son had an arm injury at daycare. We didn't want more than maybe 35 minutes to be seen. Lots of people in and out. Nut moved quickly. Everyone was great start to finish. All of the staff was kind and professional. They worked really patiently with my toddler. Can't say enough great things about the staff here! Very grateful for the care he received.
