WellSpan ENT is a medical practice that has received mixed reviews. Patients praise the expertise of Dr. Flowers, who has helped them with breathing issues and sleep apnea. He is described as down-to-earth and thorough in his explanations. The office staff is also reported to be friendly. However, one patient had a negative experience with a dismissive phone operator who was not proactive in following up on test results. Another patient, Dr. Yoder, is highly recommended, with no wait times and successful surgeries performed both in the office and the operating room.
If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. Been waiting for 6 months for an appointment and they call me today to reschedule, for even further out. It's also worth mentioning, we only transferred to York after driving to Carlisle for the past two years (from York) to receive care there because we could never get in. What a joke. Pleasant experience from all other WellSpan offices but this one.
Waited 4 months fir appt .. Passed hearing test Dr Yoder wouldn't even scope me!! Said everything looked good even CAT SCAN & MRI (that contained a thyroidal duct cysts i was scheduled for surgery for, a calcification on my scalp and unknown matter in my C2-3/3-4 that later was noted to be in C7/7-8 Which i could never get confirmation in exact location for) HE GLANCED AT WITH A MINIMUM OF CONCERN WHILE NEGATING THE FACT I WAS SHOWING HIM PHOTOS AND IMAGES OF MOVING INFLAMMATION IN MY EARS AND NOSE . (NO WONDER I THOUGHT THEY WERE PARASITES!!) APPARENTLY HE COULDN'T CONCEIVE THE NOTION OF NOSE POLYPS AND/OR A FUNGAL/BACTERIAL INFECTION... Months later still have raging...read full review
Online communication is very poor. Unable to make an appointment even with a referral. Wellspan insists that you use their online portal and then doesn't use it themselves. It is 2024, get with it, Wellspan. I want to do everything online!
