Richard arrived on time and was very professional. He reviewed the services that I had requested and I showed him the house. Richard asked if I would like the grout sealed on the tile floors. Since it had never been done, I decided to go ahead with the service. Richard worked diligently and answered all of my questions. My carpets and tile look great, they really needed a good cleaning. Great service and they explained each step, allowed for questions and were very easy to talk to and answer those questions. They did two rooms, a hallway, and the carpeted stairs and even with cats it came out smelling great!
