Our downspouts came off last weekend during the rainstorm. We also needed some gutter work done in order to fix the downspout problem that we had on the rear of the house. I tried calling a couple of local people that were somewhat personal with no luck. So I reached out to Spoutco yesterday to have them come for an estimate, the young lady who I spoke with on the phone, said that “someone would be out today”. My understanding was that they would come out for just an estimate. Especially with the way things are so messed up in our economy, I figured that they would be behind and have to put us on a schedule.
