April brought some unseasonably high temperatures and when I turned on my AC - uh oh! RD Heller to the rescue. Not only were they honest about the cost and repairs, they were also friendly! My rental property had a report of 'No Water'. at 10:30 AM. I called the office at the service guys just left with water flowing. This house has a well, they dispatched a two man crew ready to tackle just about any issue including pulling the pump. Fortunately it was the pressure switch that had corroded and gone bad in our well pit. All parts have been replaced. Could not ask for better service. The service personnel are always courteous and professional as always. This is not my first time using R D Heller, and my experience has always been the same excellence time after time.
