The staff here, the new(er) staff at least, is amazing here. I had issues with the original receptionist but since she was replaced with who they have now things go super smooth for me everytime. The only issue I ever have is getting ahold of them before weekslends sometimes. There's been a few times where I had an issue with my medications not being sent on Friday and then being medless all weekend, but aside from that, which hasn't happened in a long time, it's great
I have been a patient for a little over 3 months the staff and the Dr I find that the staff is of the highest caliber in professionalism kindnessh and attentivness thank you for making my visits friendly and welcm
Used to be a patient there and Dr James was awesome about everything. Reason for 4 stars is that I'm trying to start going back there and for a week now all I get is the voice-mail. I don't understand why this is happening.
