Based on the reviews, OSS Health West York Orthopaedic Urgent Care and Orthopaedic Office provides a good experience. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful from check-in to the end of the visit. Dr. Mahmood is thorough, personable, and reassuring, while Dr. Gilhool relates wonderfully well to patients. Sonia is an excellent doctor who listens and provides helpful feedback. The physical therapist, Brian, is outstanding and takes time to explain exercises. The facility feels welcoming. For urgent care, the staff were amazing, friendly, and helped stabilize tendons and muscles, offering a range of treatments.
Been there a few times over the years. Very good and took care of my problems. Highly recommend them. My son also went there for his athletic issues
This is a review of the administration side of OSS. The Drs are great! The receptionist that was working today in the office that deals with the podiatry issues was so condescending in calling me “dear”… “ honey”…”sweetie “ it was all I could do not to tear into her. The practice needs to realize this is rude and unacceptable. No it is not a habit as people want to claim it is a way of talking down yo a person. That need to stop and correct this issue!!
