I love my Oreck & get it serviced (for free) at the York store every year. This year I picked up one of their heaters. My wife is always cold & she absolutely loves her new heater. Portable (on wheels), beautiful wood, & pumps out the heat. They are running a great sale. Got one for 1/2 the price I've seen the same model for in other stores. The Oreck store in York has never steered me wrong.

Avoid this store - for many reasons! Firstly, this store has paid for a review service to 'up' their customer review ratings. You can see a nine month period on other review sites that all look very similar, all good, made by different people who only have ever left one review about any business - this one. The other reviews are stories of awful service and being ripped off. Why did I spend time to review all of these to notice a pattern? Read on... Secondly, all Oreck stores were closed after they went bankrupt in 2013. Independent stores remained and still carry the Oreck name. But, they have no affiliation to Oreck. I hate the I have to even put 1 star.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.. the "owner" was dressed in sweat pants, sloppy .. and totally rude and condescending. Never Never wast your time or all the extra money he will try to get out of you... if you want professional, friendly, affordable service....MILLER BROS...I left this Oreck store and headed right to Miller Brothers on West Philadelphia and right from the second I walked in awesome. !!! Never again... Stay away from this Oreck store..!!
