I called Mr. Chimney after a routine maintenance inspection of my furnace at my rental property which uncovered a hole in my chimney . They red tagged my furnace and turned it off in 20 degree weather. I called Mr. Chimney and Donnie rearranged his schedule to check it the same day. He and his technician returned the same day to repair it and turn on the furnace. I highly recommend this company. Had Mr Chimney Sweep install a top damper and assess my fireplace/chimney. Spoke to the owner, Donnie to make the appointment and Jason did the install. These two are amazing, Jason did quick, quality work and the price was the best of three estimates I got. They were honest, didn't try to sell me repairs or equipment I didn't need. I highly recommend using this company

We've had Jason come out twice since moving to the area. Amazing guy, very honest and professional. He tells us when we don't need something done, and gives a lot of great advice to help us keep things clean and safe. The owner, Donnie, called to talk about scheduling the appointment and answered questions. Not just a business out to make a lot of money, but people who care about taking care of their customers.
