I looked forward to using the gift certificate my family gave me. But after the e girls left I was disappointed as I moved from room to room. Things missed in all rooms and they were moppjbv the kitchen floor as they backed out the door. I was pointing out where they missed. Would not hire again. Erin offered to havd them come back but Ideclined. Eq girl 21/2 hrs joined by 2other girls for 2hrs did my 5 rooms. I WAS disappointed after checkibg it all out. .

My first clean was suppose to include a deep clean of my kitchen, bathrooms and dining room. To me a deep clean is throughly cleaning the table and chair legs, at least cleaning the front of cabinets off and dust all surfaces including light fixtures. What was done was merely surface cleaning. I emailed them letting them know I wasn’t satisfied and specifically what wasn’t done/done well. Today they sent the same cleaner and “quality” inspector to “reclean”. They did clean up their mess from cleaning inside the oven (which cost extra) but the dining room table and chair remain unclean; light fixture in the dining room and bathroom remain dusty. Just very uphappy with my experience.

Tara is the reason my house no longer looks like it gave up on life. She’s cheerful, and somehow makes cleaning feel like a fairy granted your cleanliness wish. Every time she leaves, my home feels brand new and I feel like a responsible adult. She’s reliable, detailed, and a joy to be around. If you’re thinking about hiring her do it. Then, pretend you did something to make your house look half as nice.
