Mark, M & M Chem-Dry, came to clean our carpet today. Our carpet, living room, hall and master bedroom looks like new. We had high traffic areas that I never thought would look clean good again. Mark, Chem-Dry, far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The service I received was exceptional. I appreciate receiving a thorough description of the cleaning process, that I didn't have to move furniture, the description provided of how to care for my carpet in the future, and most importantly that they did a WONDERFUL job of cleaning my carpets. I will never use anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs.

We dog sat and the puppy had an accident on our couch and pillow. M/M were out promptly, took their time explaining the process and treatments and finished the job in a timely fashion. Looks brand new and did our chair while he was there too. Beyond pleased.
