Took some searching and glad I found this place. Was the straight up skilled barber that gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. Sounds simple, but no other barber shop around came even close. Nice people and down to earth. They were great and welcoming. I highly recommend this shop!

Just moved back to York after 10 years on the West Coast, and went right back to Licatese and Son's for my first haircut back here. Was a regular with these guys for over 12 years prior to moving away. Still think the world of them and always leave with an excellent haircut and the feeling that I am not just an anonymous customer, but and old friend. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I highly suggest setting up an appointment. This family owned and operated place has been more of an extended family for myself, my dad and brother. Even after having moved away from here for 7 years I was welcomed back with a firm hug and only questions of care and friendship. I could write too much about this place, having been going since it opened. Please call in and if you talk to Guy, Steve or Charlie tell them hello on behalf of JJ.
