Beautiful work!! We had two rooms with an awkward hallway between the two and thanks to Joes work we now have 1 large room. He took up the laminate and fixed the shoddy work of another contractor who didn’t put the vapor barrier down completely or the floor down right. He took down and combined the drop ceilings to make it nice and uniform and moved and remove a few useless plugs. He got everything ready for me to paint the rest.

Joe the Handyman installed a faux tin ceiling and polyurethane crown molding in our 150 square foot room. Joe tackled all challenges presented by this project with skill and a great sense of humor. His attention to detail was amazing. Best of all, Joe is a great communicator who kept us informed and confident throughout the job. Joe was nothing short of 5 stars. We had him work on adding a privacy fence on one side of our yard.
His schedule was rather full but was able to get to us a bit sooner. Communicated very well of what he needed. We agreed on a payment scenario that required about 25% up front.
