My car key was broken off in my ignition. Jake was the only locksmith willing to work with me after I called about 10 locksmiths who said they couldn’t or just wouldn’t. I met him at his job site today (the car still ran with half the key), and he took the time to disassemble all the parts behind the steering wheel to get the broken key out for me. He was up front about cost (which was still less than I anticipated), and he was friendly and explained everything. He was able to fix it and have everything back together in about an hour for me. 100% would only recommend Jake for any locksmithing needs.
Jake made me two keys for wife’s Honda pilot service was quick and easy and tbh the replacement keys were much better quality than the junk keys Honda makes and was able to save some money by not having to get them made at the dealership. If you ever need a lock smith Jake’s your man. He’s a third generation locksmith and his experience speaks for itself would 10/10 recommend him to anyone in need of locksmith services. Thanks
Great experience with Jake. I called him in the morning about replacing broken locks on a door, he came out that day. He did great work, explained a few things that were wrong with the initial install, fixed the issues and replaced the locks. He's a great guy, very professional and courteous, very personable.
Will absolutely be calling him again if the need arises.
