The team is accommodating and inclusive, making all customers feel comfortable regardless of gender or language. Many barbers are skilled and detail-oriented, providing excellent haircuts even with minimal communication. The shop has received praise for its clean environment and talented barbers who go above and beyond to meet customer requests. While the payment process can be a bit confusing, the quality of the haircut more than makes up for it. I walked in and was greeted with smiling faces. Was taken back very quickly even though I was a walk in. Although there was a slight language barrier, they worked around it. I used Google Translate to communicate at the end but during the cut the gentleman would point or make an expression he would like me to replicate in order to give the best cut he could. I have not had a cut and trim as dedicated to excellence. Clean lines. I look like an entirely different person. Highly suggest anyone in the York area to go here.

Most employees spoke enough English to communicate with me, however my assigned barber in specific seemingly only spoke Spanish. Despite our language barrier, he did PHENOMENAL!! With only 2 reference photos and some guiding hand gestures, he gave me everything I wanted in a haircut AND MORE! He was so skillful and intentional with each and every snippet of his scissors. I wish I knew his name, so I could show gratitude with specifics..
