This used to be a good practice but has been declining for 4 or 5 years. They always overbook. An appointment here is like one with Comcast. More like a 2 hour window. Once you get to the exam room it’s another 15-20 minutes before the doctor comes in and meets with you for 5-7 minutes. Takes forever to get refills done and anytime you call it’s a huge inconvenience for the office to listen to your concern. I left them a year ago but family that still goes says it’s as bad or worse. Look elsewhere.

Honestly I'll give em one thing, they are CONSISTENT with this waiting time. Currently waiting to get called back for my appointment that was scheduled for 45 minutes ago. Unacceptable and how is this okay? You have plenty of staff, I mean you can clearly see the practitioners and doctors walking around. It's infuriating.

WORST doctor ever!!!....takes ten years for appointments and have ZERO care for patients....also take FOREVER to send my prescription to pharmscy....whwn you call to complain they make up rules as they go to suit their own needs
