From the first moment we spoke to Etzweiler funeral home they did everything they could to listen and understand what we were looking for. Everything was coordinated through the funeral home and very little was needed from the family once initial decisions were made. The staff made sure to address all specific requests and special circumstances that arose. They made an awful time easier to navigate.

Upon the first phone call, talking to Hannah, she made me feel at ease. I was sad and confused and she was very kind. Working with Shannon throughout was incredible. She was very accommodating and warm. You can tell she puts her heart into it. Larry was at the service with us, and he was very organized and even protective with my siblings and me. He refused to allow us to worry. This whole devastating experience was made better by their care and support. I am incredibly thankful we trusted them with our beloved!!!! Highly highly recommend.

Dave Joerger and the Etzweiler team were compassionate at every step and helped me navigate a difficult time. I was able to have the visitation/viewing customized to fit my situation. Every step of the process was explained, and Dave helped me with everything.
