Avoid the middle men w many widespread locations. Buy local at Eshbach Mulch. Customer service was excellent. Prices were very reasonable. The product that I ordered and received was 1 part screened topsoil and 1 part compost...2 cubic yards. Neighbors had commented that the blend was really good. These guys arethe real deal.
