Covenant MD York has been a blessing to our family. We have felt well cared for and valued during each of our visits. The entire staff are amazing!! Duane and Jenny are exceptional providers who have taken good care of our heath needs. They have been compassionate, gracious and attentive any time we have spent with them. Ive recently begun to frequent the York location of Covenant. Having previously been a patient at the Lancaster location, i was unsure of whether or not id receive the same great care in York.I am happy to report that Dr. Duane and his staff did not disappoint!Not only was the team personable and knowledgable, but also super easy to work with.Scheduling was very flexible and effortless.I didnt have any “hiccups” having my prescriptions filled at my local pharmacy.The icing on the cake for me was when i texted the office on a Saturday with a medical question, they responded within minutes….on a Saturday! This place is amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They take time to actually listen to you and explain treatments and options, including costs for bloodwork and tests. I can access them just about any time-whether I need an appointment or just some advice. I am so thankful to have them for our family…it bring me so much peace of mind. This is a far superior way of doing healthcare and I would recommend it to anyone!
