Driving through the town of York this morning to get to work and look in my review and can’t even see the headlights of the van absolutely RIDING my bumper. Swerving to get into turning lanes to pass before realizing he’s an absolute moron. I have never personally used this company but I absolutely never will given this encounter and the other terrible reviews left. If their tech’s driving abilities is any indication of the work they do, I’m concerned.

I’ve been trying to hookup my utility with them so I can heat my house. They have been absolutely impossible to reach. And seems to be never available… I HAVE A BABY that needs to stay warm and we have freeze warnings right now 😡 not happy!

Gave me a appointment window of 4 hours and had me waiting ALL DAY just to not show up I had to call out of work for nothing

I have never had any problems when dealing with the automated system here.i have always been able to move through the prompts and its fast and easy..and when you do have to actually talk to a live representative they are always friendly
