Worst experience ever.They can’t even get a urine stain out like they said they can.Not one stain was removed.I cleaned one spot myself after they left and the dirt that was still in the carpet was very unsettling.I have another company coming to clean.I will be filing a dispute.

I own 12 Step recovery homes and due to incredibly high traffic and carelessness, the carpets in one of my homes was (in my opinion) ruined. Spills, stains and marks were EVERYWHERE. I was mildly optimistic that Len would be able to get out some of the stains but was not confident that nobody could reverse the damage by much. I couldn't have been more wrong. When he was done, our carpets looked BRAND NEW!!! Len UNDER-PROMISED and OVER-DELIVERED! I would reccomend Len to anyone. We will ABSOLUTELY use him again!!!
