She was able to hem my sons pants quickly and did a great job. My husband took my son and they were concerned so she allowed my husband to facetime me to make sure I was ok. Although I don’t believe that is the normal situation for normal customer. But I appreciate she understood and acknowledged my husband’s trepidation and allowed him to address it. As a result they gained a new customer and I can now send my son and husband alone and trust all will be well. That is a HUGE relief in my book.

I dropped off a few blazers that the hems had come undone after lots of wear. Brenda did a beautiful job fixing them. They look good as new, and pricing for this was more than reasonable! I will be returning whenever I need sewing or alterations done.
