We are so thankful we came across Bob’s Intowne Spas in York PA. After shopping around at different dealers with higher prices and almost giving up, we decided to call Bob’s Intowne and we’re so glad we did. Jeff was truly a blessing and felt like the angel God placed in our path. From start to finish, he understood our needs and made everything possible.
God knew how much our 7 year old needed this hot tub, and we truly feel her prayers were answered. The delivery crew was also amazing, very professional and courteous. A special thanks to the team member who took the time to walk us through the instructions (we wish we could remember his name!).
No idea why anyone would not choose Bob's if they need a hot tub. The best staff of any small business I have ever dealt with...and I'm old and hard to please lol! They were accommodating with my schedule and tub location. No buyer's regret whatsoever.

We had the best retail buying experience with Bob’s. My wife wanted a hot tub and a friend recommended them. She went in and was met by Chris. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He never pressured her into anything. My wife picked out the hot tub she wanted and then sent me in for my approval(as if I had any say in the matter). Chris went over everything with me, just as he did with my wife. Their communication throughout the buying process was amazing and our new hot tub is being delivered on Monday. I am certain delivery will be as professional as the in-store interactions.
