It was an informative visit, unfortunately they quoted too high for a full mouth extraction for over 5k with the aftercare. Found a local vet who can do it for a quarter of the price. Appreciate the diagnosis of Stomatitis .Vet was very knowledgeable. One lady at the front desk was very friendly and the other seemed a bit annoyed at my questions about results and medication. Thank you at the end of the day because I know what to do next to help my kitty!

Our vet gave us several recommendations for pet dental services in the area. Our older dog had really bad tarter build up, a broken back molar, and some facial swelling.
We set up a preliminary visit with Dr. Mahdi. His bedside manner was amazing, very kind and understanding. He checked our dog out and gave us a quote with low and high end. It was expensive, but our dog is large and he needed a lot of work. Nessie, one of the kind woman at the front, talked through payment options which was great. We scheduled his surgery for the first available date.
The day of, they walked us through what to expect and were once again very kind. We were kept up to date throughout the surgery. When we picked our dog up, they reviewed all of the X-rays, scans, and 3D models (which was cool to see). I appreciated that Dr. Mahdi walked us through everything that was done and the reason why. They also walked through the meds, after care, follow up appointment, and how to get in touch with questions. They even gave us his teeth in a silly little tooth shaped box which was funny and appreciated.
Overall the experience was as good as it could be. My poor dog was in pain and needed surgery. That surgery was expensive. But I feel like this centers professionalism, kind and attentive care, skill in surgery, and excellent bedside manners were well worth it.

Very good experience. Our 13 year old dog immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Yee. We didn't get the best news about our dog's dental condition but Dr. Yee explained what needed to be done. We are confident that our dog will have the best dental care at the Animal Dental Center.

My cat has gingivitis. I live about 45 minutes away from this office. My daughter, who is in school, that I drop off, has to be the one to catch her, being that I'm 58 years old and have a bad knee. I told them office manager I can't get there until 9:15. Not good enough. Very caring people! Oh, on top of that, this place is Hugh. I called their corporate office phone number, won't take any calls at all. Only Email. Rotten bunch of people!

I cannot say enough good things about Animal Dental Center. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The entire team was incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the process, which gave me so much peace of mind. Communication throughout the surgery was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the updates.
After the procedure, their emergency line was extremely helpful and responsive whenever I had questions, which meant the world to me during recovery. Dr. Tjepkema truly saved my dog’s life. My dog is 14 years old with a shorter snout, and the surgery was handled with such care and expertise. Thanks to Dr. Tjepkema and the staff, he came through successfully and is healing well.
I also want to give a special shout-out to the amazing woman at the front desk — she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I am beyond grateful for the compassion, skill, and dedication shown by everyone at Animal Dental Center. I highly recommend them to anyone needing specialized dental care for their pet.

Animal Dental Center is absolutely amazing! Dr. Tjepkema and the entire Team are exceptional. Their compassionate and welcoming attitudes were very helpful with Emma, my Wire Fox Terrier. She becomes extremely anxious when visiting the Vet. Prior to her annual cleaning Dr. T performed a complete dental workup including bloodwork, x-rays and CT scan. She reviewed the CT scan with me, explaining all aspects of Emma's teeth and areas of concern. After the procedure was completed and I brought Emma home with very detailed recovery instructions which I reviewed with one of the Technicians, Emma's recovery time was very minimal. She returned to her normal self the next day. And her teeth look sparklingly beautiful! Emma and I thank you Dr. Tjepkema and the entire Staff! I highly recommend ADC! Exceptional proficiency!
