Kieran ISSAC lied to me about being a senior tech. He told me he had experience working on Buderus systems and then proceeded to cause it to shut down. It’s a complicated system so I always ask for a senior tech. I have a feeling the service department just sent him thinking it would be fine. It wasn’t! The system totally shut down and he had to call an ACTUAL senior tech to come fix it. Eric is wonderful, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with him, but I’m not happy they refuse to send me someone with experience right off the bat. And I certainly don’t like being misled by some rookie.

Called telling me his approximate time of arrival. He arrived in a short time with another worker. I met them at their vehicle and explained about my dog. No problem. They greeted Max and got straight to work. They worked inside and out with minimal noise and cleaned the work area.My air conditioning is running smoothly.
