I called to request a dental x ray for a patient. And a gentleman answered the phone, helped me check it. I provided the email address to receive the document. (He didn't need to confirm the address) and said he will send it.Document never sent.I called again a week later, a lady answered the phone and asked for consent form to send over the x ray, which is more professional.2 stars for the gentleman. Obviously, not all employees care about their clients.

2 days before my scheduled cleaning and check up, I received a text telling me they are no longer scheduling appointments on Fridays. They explained they closed an office at another location and have a shortage with hygienists. They rescheduled my appointment for September 2024, 7 months later! I am very disappointed because I really like my hygienist, Jenna. I believe is good dental hygiene so, this is very upsetting to me.

Katie Good was a fantastic hygienist. She was kind and gentle. I hate going to the dentist and wait too long between appointments. She didn't shame me or make me feel bad. Dr. Olen was also friendly and fixed an issue right on the spot, instead of making me come back for another appointment.
