From the time I walked in the door, until my the end of my visit I was treated like a friend (seriously) they hadn’t seen in a while!! From the exceptional Front Desk personnel, to my highly skilled, professional and funny hygienist, to a young Pro Dentist..and last but not least the kind Billing/Sceduling Specialist who together made up this “Grove Dentistry Dream Team”. They define Good Customer Service with a perfect balance of personal touch and professionalism.They made this visit a wonderful experience. Grove “Groovy” Dentistry did that today! “My husband has been going to Hassler for years and I started going once I moved to the area. They’ve always been wonderful but our most recent experience was above and beyond. We brought our 3 year old who absolutely wanted nothing to do with having anyone near his mouth. They were able to give him some dental toys and seat him near the window so he could watch Mom and Dad get theirs done. They knew exactly what to say and do because by the end they had him counting his own teeth and let them do a quick visual exam. Clean bill of health! I can’t recommend them enough!!“

“The entire staff here is phenomenal.. I had extreme anxiety going into my first appointment. Tara helped me feel more comfortable just from our initial phone call. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and I’ve been back probably 3 or 4 times since the initial appointment. Everything has been explained to me entirely. Tara has been fighting tooth and nail to get my insurance to pay for visits that should be covered under my policy..
