As a long-term patient of Dr. Balthaser and Dental Arts of Wyomissing, I contacted the office to get my husband an emergency appointment for a dental trauma and to accept him as a new patient. My husband had an appointment within hours, due to a cancellation, and his situation was resolved in just over an hour. He is thrilled with the customer service of the office staff and expert dental services of Dr. Balthaser. We highly recommend Dental Arts of Wyomissing for routine or emergency dental care!
I feel very comfortable at this dental office. Dr. Balthaser is a great dentist. He performed a root canal on one of my teeth and I haven't had a problem. I would recommend this office to anyone.
I’ve been terrified of dentists due to bad experiences..I went here hoping it would be different, and it was! Very relaxing, no anxiety, very caring! Didn’t feel a thing and they were very understanding. 0 wait time. Best dentist ever:)
