Everyone is very nice and so patient with senior citizens. They do not overbook so each customer has an unrushed and comfortable experience. It is always best to SCHEDULE an appointment especially in the summer months. You will not find a room full of people waiting. If for some reason, you WALK-IN and they are busy, you may receive a time to return so you don’t just sit and wait(wasting your time). Winter months are better for walk-ins. The service and end product used to be amazing and was always worth my time and money, however recently I’ve found that the quality of service and products used has declined. It’s super disappointing to see this place go downhill as I used to come here regularly for years.
