Today I got a spa pedicure with David he was amazing I love when the techs take their time and put some love into the massages and David did just that. Im definitely requesting him again.
Always have a great experience at this salon. From the front desk to the pedicure chair, great customer service. Shay is my go to BUT Rain and NaTrise are just as dope. Never had a bad experience with any of the technicians.
Customer complained about a surcharge but you as a private business can most definitely charge the fee whether it’s debit or credit. It’s a service fee to swipe the card .. customers don’t understand what business have to pay on the back end and always want anything for free . Like come on… you didn’t even get charged tax + fee . Don’t let those type of customers think they can ruin your business on social media when they don’t even do their own research to make sense before they complain.
