She wanted to grow her biz within my biz but never actually worked to grow her clients / biz or to start to actually pay rent after six months of 5 yr agreement but she had an unusual rare biz benevolent rent free six month start. ..... who gets blessed with that break now a days? We had agreed to commercial rent for 5 years and I turned my biz upside down to include her creatively. I highly recommend this wonderful Salon! Heather is a very talented hairstylist who got all of her experience in her own Salon in Beverly Hills, CA!
