Charlotte always makes sure that I leave feeling better, happier, and more confident. She’s a great conversationalist, even on days when I’m less animated than normal, and her skill with her hands is nothing short of magic. She takes her time with preparing your nails for your polish, and I promise you, the time is worth it.
My cuticles are a challenge, and I’m always afraid she’s going to judge me for the condition of my nails and skin. But again, she always ensures I feel at ease, and gives my hands a new chance at life every appointment. I especially love treating myself to the scrub service once in a while!
