“The massage was amazing and the masseuse was very kinda. She is the reason for the four stars. The subtraction is for the lady at the front desk. When all was said and done and ready to pay. She asked for a tip. Yet she wasn’t the one that did anything. I gave a $10 bill and she laughed and said most people give $20. Interesting that something that’s optional would be laughed at for the amount.“

“BLU is one of the top salons in Lancaster. They use all the top salon products, Davines for hair and the most amazing polishes including dazzle dry and the gel bottle for nails. It's a full service salon so they also do massages, waxing, facial as well as the hair and nails . The staff is really friendly and they all do amazing work and the salon is so Aesthetically pleasing. You can book appointment online. Appointments are recommended.“

“I'm addicted! I signed up for a membership after one float. I find it incredibly relaxing. I really look forward to it! The facility is has every convenience and is very clean. The staff is very friendly. If you tend to get claustrophobic, don't worry. The float area is like a BIG soaking tub. Highly recommend!“

“While on a visit to Lancaster, I decided to stop by to get my eyebrows cleaned up. My daughter had booked an appointment with Riley previous to my visit, so I checked for availability for an appointment for me. Luckily, there was one available after hers. Perfect!We had a 4:30 appointment time on a Wednesday. The spa is located in a strip mall. There is ample parking directly in front of the spa; no problems finding a stall. When you walk into the spa, the atmosphere is cute and fun. Pictures of legendary icons: Marilyn Monroe, Brigette Bardot, and Audrey Hepburn with big gum bubbles adorn the walls. A neon sign stating, “You’re like really pretty” above the checkout desk certainly brought a small to my face. Riley, our aesthetician checked us in and brought us over to her station. It is a heavenly reclined chair(?) with a fuzzy cover was DIVINE to lay on. I’m not kidding. I repeatedly said that I want one for my house. Once in place, Riley asked about my eyebrow goals. She worked diligently and was a joy to speak with. Not gonna lie, I felt no pain or discomfort while she cleaned up my brows. She is very good. Once finished, I was given a mirror to check out her work. It looked like my eyes got a mini lift! I am very happy with her work. Riley also did a great job with my daughter’s brows, too!Would I definitely come back? Absolutely! Do I recommend? Resounding yes! I wish I could have tried out the other services, but my visit to Lancaster was short and already packed with other activities. Thank you, Riley for a wonderful brow waxing!“

“Beautiful location; every person I met was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. Freddy was very empathetic and absolutely nailed my platinum blonde. He even managed to correct some banding, which is no easy feat. Overall a great spot with wonderful humans!! I’ll definitely be back!“

“I am so incredibly happy with these gel tips done by Lili. I have gone to Lili since I was a child, and I was soooo nervous to try something other than acrylics. Lili assured me these would be best for the length I like, and she was so right. They feel like MY nails! They're also more flexible and comfortable than acrylics, and they are less brittle. There's none of that excess glue that sticks to your skin after getting acrylics done, either.

I HIGHLY recommend Lili, especially if you like long nails and fine line designs. I don't trust anyone else to do my nails! Thanks, Lili :)“

I called to see about availability, and they had a cancellation and were able to get me in the next evening! Wendy was phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process, which I was nervous for. My hair is very long (nearly to my bum) and she took the time to do everything right and did not complain about the time it was taking, which was 3.5 hours! I wanted a subtle highlight to enhance my natural hair highlights. She got the job done!! I’m very happy and will be back when I’m ready to go a little lighter! “I had a prenatal massage with Tanner today. It was hands down the BEST massage of my life. I’ve been struggling with sciatic nerve pain throughout this pregnancy and was able to walk out of the appointment pain free. During our consult, I felt my concerns were heard and taken into account. Tanner checked on the pressure level (which was perfect) throughout the appointment to ensure I was comfortable. I left feeling the best I’ve felt since I found out I was expecting.

When I checked out, Aliyah provided a warm and welcoming environment. She assisted me with getting signed up for a monthly membership and went over all of the benefits. She even helped me get logged into the app. Truly a great experience, I look forward to returning next month! Thank you both!“
