I was impressed with this spa. The physical facility is quite large and a little dated, but comfortable and thoughtful. I had a few different services (a body wrap/scrub treatment and a facial) and I found them to be top-notch. I think the quality of this spa really makes the Inn and Leola Village special.
I loved my visit to the spa. Stayed at the Inn and wanted to try a facial for men. Never done one before. Maddie and all the staff were awesome. It's a beautiful and a relaxing place.
Aesthetically interior and exterior beautiful spa and setting. I had a Swedish massage which was wonderful. My only complaint and the reason I did not give a five star review is because of the charge/tip process. In reading other reviews, this seems to be a common theme which apparently does not matter to the owners. The charge with an included 21% tip is processed prior to your service. I found this off-putting. I leave cash tips and I want the percentage to be my choice. It's not about the amount, as I am a generous tipper, it's the principle.
