We hired Jacob at Diversified to replace one of our 8 a/c compressors. His bid was very competitive while also installing Bryant (part of the Carrier group) equipment. In fact, when he could not obtain the size quoted, he upgraded to better equipment at no extra charge. He was in and out within the day. Jacob is easy to interact with; no hype. And he knows his work. This is my second time using him. I highly recommend him.

We had multiple HVAC related issues with our basement renovation and Jacob was able to work within our tight timeline to get it all done. We also discovered some exterior electrical issues that needed to be fixed while they were dealing with our HVAC. How convenient that Jacob is qualified in both areas!
