“I made an appointment to visit the Willow Grove, PA Geek Squad store a few months ago. My problem was that my laptop was not holding a charge even after being plugged into electrical outllet overnight. I only had to wait a few minutes, plus I was a little early for my appointment. Jeremiah helped me by doing tests on the unit. He told me that my battery was completely dead. It was out of warranty. I do have TotalTech coverage, which I could have used to pay for the installation of a new battery; but with my laptop, I needed to purchase my battery myself elsewhere. I appreciated his detailed assistance, but decided not to get it replaced because I really do not take it anywhere, and that I would just plug it in to the outlet.
