Manayunk iPhone Repair offers expert repair services for various devices, including iPhones, Samsung, iPad, iPod, Mac, Chromebook, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. The team demonstrates technical expertise and excellent communication throughout the repair process, ensuring a smooth experience for customers. They are professional, kind, and understanding, taking responsibility for any issues that may arise and rectifying them promptly. Customers can expect efficient and effective solutions, with some even receiving helpful advice and cheaper fixes than planned. They provide excellent service and super customer service, answering all questions. The mail-in repair service is as fast as using a local shop. This place is the best, replacing an Xbox Series X HDMI port for much cheaper than anyone else quoted, and spending days emailing advice on a PC issue. They even removed dirt from a charging port and did not charge for it.
Stand up guys!!! shout out to matt he gave me it straight after being scammed by another shop. He set me on the right path to resolve my ps5 issue and didn't try and get a dime out of me. I wish I actually did something of value to contribute to the business but if i ever need to i know where im coming. Seriously respectable and morally right owners here.
Great experience! I’m so mad I can’t remember the technicians name but he was so helpful and knowledgeable!! Really appreciated his service. Definitely going to keep coming to Mack’s any time I need a repair.
This place! Needed a new screen and battery. Got there, and Rob was, from start to finish, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and fair.
I would recommend this shop to anyone.
Just wow!
Thank you.
