I purchased a ukulele on May 22nd received an invoice nothing else. Have emailed customer service but no response. About to call my bank and request a charge back.

Shortly after leaving my review Mikaela called and spoke with me, she was able to pull up tracking and see that it was delivered, it was lost in my husbands tool delivery pile. Upon opening I am very happy with purchase and will be buying 2 more soon. Thank you for your quick response.
I can’t speak highly enough of this company and the folks who work for them. I’ve used them for school musical instruments, as well as having a piano moved (and tuned) a few times over the years. When I’ve had questions regarding lessons - or just any question in general- the guidance was knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are very reasonable to boot. Great company, great employees— I wouldn’t use anyone else!
Thanks to Robert M sides family Music center my daughter is able to play music. She plays the trumpet if and when there was problem with her trumpet they will have her a rental for her until hers was fix I appreciate the company and would recommend 😊
