If your bow's action has been niggling at you, consider having it looked at. I am grateful to Robert M. Sides Family Music Center for providing transportation for my two bows from their Horseheads location to their luthiers in Williamsport for repair. Upon reviewing the bows, the luthier assigned to my order called me, and we had a pleasant conversation about my level of use and bow repair needs. I feel that I was provided with excellent customer service and craftmanship. The repairs have granted me renewed enjoyment in playing violin and viola.
