My grandson had a amplifier that was not working and it was under warranty We took it to Troy at k&s and he made it happen that he received a new one for free. This business has great customer service and gets back to you in a timely manner I would definitely recommend them thank you again Troy

This is what music stores used to be. Beautiful instruments, great prices and both friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Bought a gorgeous Martin and Fender Jazz Bass here and the assistance and knowledge of the staff were helpful. Also had some service done and this place rocks!
