“We've had Rabenstein Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing perform seasonal heating and air conditioning service the last few years. The representative, Neil, was always prompt, courteous, and thorough. Neil did our Spring inspection and maintenance recently during a chilly, rainy day. He did his usual fine job under trying circumstances and he went the extra step to complete the job and avoid tracking water inside. On another occasion, Rabenstein technicians, Chet and Trevor, went above and beyond to check and repair our exterior air handler and readjust the settings on our thermostat for maximum efficiency. We'll be contacting Rabenstein for all of our heating, a/c, and plumbing needs.“

“Naturally, our central AC picked one of the hottest periods of the year to quit working. I called Boyer since they have 24-hour answering service. It took a couple days, but tech D. arrived to check it out. Neither of us knew how difficult that would be, as the air handler is buried between floors with no easy access, but he "kept his cool" as well as patience and good humor throughout. Don't have an end of the story just yet.“
