Customers can book appointments online or walk in, and they have praised the excellent, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service. The great staff is highly recommended.

I went to the salon here at Ulta and Kate was my stylist. Kate was detailed told me about the pros and cons of the cut. How to style it. I was holding onto my length for so long and most of my length was from the toxic situations in New York. I finally let it go and I haven't stopped smiling all day. Kate helped me let go, cheered me on, even complimented me, and helped me feel free for the 1st time since 2021. I would definitely book with her again <3 thank you for such an amazing experience.

Ulta Wilkes Barre is the SPOT! I went there to get a color match for foundation and Nicole was amazing. She was kind and knowledgeable and patient and found me exactly what I wanted. Madelyn at the register was engaging and delightful!
