Alli was fantastic! She is so sweet, and she was able to accomplish exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated her conversation, and that she took the time throughout the appointment to explain what she was doing and make sure it was okay with me. She delivered exactly to the expectations she set at the start of the appointment and I am so thrilled with the outcome.
I came here on a whim a few years ago when my usual salon canceled my appointment, and I had an event to go to. Paige took me in very late in the afternoon for a full color correction, and my hair came out beautiful. I am very indecisive with my hair, and like to go from jet black to platinum blonde every few months, and Paige always gives me what I ask without jeopardizing the integrity of my hair. I’ve been coming here since, and everyone is so kind and helpful!!!!
I recently visited JCPenney’s Salon, and while my experience had its ups and downs, I have to give major credit to Kate, the hairstylist. She is absolutely amazing! Kate is professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a flawless result. My hair has never looked better, and I’ll definitely be returning to see her.
Unfortunately, my interaction with the front desk left a lot to be desired. The woman working there was rude and dismissive, which made checking in and out an uncomfortable experience. A bit of kindness and professionalism would go a long way in creating a welcoming environment...read full review
