I’ve had my hair trimmed here and truthfully have never had a bad experience. Danny K. is my favorite stylist. He is pleasant and so funny. He makes you very relaxed. He asks you how you’d like your hair done. He follows through and I’m always pleased with the way my hair turns out. I’m 64 yrs old and I have very thin hair. Danny works some “Scissor Magic”
and my hair has much more volume after Danny cuts it. 😊👏🏻✂️
Very unpredictable, there are times when I check in online and when I arrive and sit down I immediately get the gut feeling, 'this isn't going to end well' 😑
Customer Service always pretty good but they get SUPER busy and then the wait gets LONG, also understandable, but when you rush the cut then rush to the register, you don't tend to inspect as close.
To me it's hair, it'll grow back, but it's just mad disappointing when it's a bad cut. I've had several, one literally read the slip of what I normally get, and then said do you want a 'High and Tight' I said 'I have no idea, but sure if it's the same' BIGGEST MISTAKE. I needed a haircut REALLY bad and didn't want to pay $45 in a salon. I had a coupon for $11.99 haircut. I've been here before. My hair is very basic and straight so it's an easy cut. However I wanted about 4-5 inches cut off. When I went in on Friday 5/16/25 I got Danny (red hair, red beard). Danny is the name on my receipt. ANYWAY he was absolutely FANTASTIC!! I told him how much to cut off, long layers, and how i normally curl it around the ends w/my straightener. The next 2 days my hair came out amazing!! Kudos to Danny! Please don't leave there! Lol. I would request you over and over. Never had a man cut my hair but you are my new favorite!!! Thank you!
