i honestly don’t know why this place has such bad ratings. i got my brows threaded yesterday and they look so good. the prices aren’t bad at all, it was quick and there was no wait other than my friend going first. i’m assuming the girl that did mine was the manager because there were no other workers, but she did so well.
Okay. I don’t normally write reviews but this experience made me mad. I have been going here for 3 years and have recommended this place to people. She does a great job with eyebrows but wow. I had a $10 gift card and my eyebrows would have been $12 so I would OWE $2. She said I paid $2 and owed $10. I thought she said two and all I had was a 10. When I asked for my change she said I didn’t have any and that I only paid $2 on the card. I left and came back with my card statement 5 minutes later and she told me that I was wrong and that it only charged $2 when it CLEARLY said $10.
