I came here on a whim a few years ago when my usual salon canceled my appointment, and I had an event to go to. Paige took me in very late in the afternoon for a full color correction, and my hair came out beautiful. I am very indecisive with my hair, and like to go from jet black to platinum blonde every few months, and Paige always gives me what I ask without jeopardizing the integrity of my hair. I’ve been coming here since, and everyone is so kind and helpful!!!!
I recently visited JCPenney’s Salon, and while my experience had its ups and downs, I have to give major credit to Kate, the hairstylist. She is absolutely amazing! Kate is professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a flawless result. My hair has never looked better, and I’ll definitely be returning to see her.
Unfortunately, my interaction with the front desk left a lot to be desired. The woman working there was rude and dismissive, which made checking in and out an uncomfortable experience. A bit of kindness and professionalism would go a long way in creating a welcoming environment...read full review
I really liked my experience at this salon in JC penny. I never knew it even existed. It was my very 1st time in there the place was very clean, people were very nice to help. Kayla was my hairstylist 1st time meeting her.she is a very young lady. I was very Pleased with her Service. I went and cut my own hair chopped it up a bit andSHE FIXED IT ! Thank God she knew exactly what to do. She asked the right questions and Got it done right. I’m very pleased with my service I received from Kayla the stylist who did my hair. I believe I found my new hairstylist right there in JC Penny. Who knew they even had a salon in there. I sure DIDNT. We are fairly new to the area....read full review
