Today I had my first appointment, Sydney Lee was my PA , and she was super nice and very professional. I felt very comfortable with her! Also the nurse that was working and taking the vitals was awesome, loved the care I received today.
This was my first time coming to this location for my annual womens exam. As I'm sure most women feel, these appointments can be stressful and unpredictable. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I was not left in the waiting room for more than five minutes before I was quickly taken back to my exam room. The nurse was very polite and thorough when doing my health history. Again, I was not left waiting any more than five minutes before the PA (Chrislyn Cabonilas) came in to do my exam. I never see the same nurse for my pregnancy appointments but every one I've seen have been really nice and have made this experience comfortable for me! They definitely do care that all goes smoothly with your pregnancy.
