My heat randomly stopped working after calling UGI and getting no help I did a google search and they are the only people that answered the phone for an emergency call. They sent a tech Rob out after midnight. He explained everything to me and was able to give me a quote at 1am and was very apologetic that he could not fix it for me right then and there and ensured that the part would be ordered and available in the morning. He gave me in invoice and at 9:00am I got a call from the office asking how was the service call and if I wanted to proceed with the service. Before I was able to get ahold of Lehigh Valley HVAC Pros, I called 7 plumbing companies that claimed that they are 24/7. They all told me they couldnt come out tonight. My job required a professional touch due to the damage sustained in the shower, and I had to cut the water off. Mind you I have guest over for the weekend, I can't have my water line off for a couple days. That's just ridiculous. So when I called Lehigh Valley HVAC Pros, the dispatcher Sam was able to send somebody out within the hour!! The technician Jose was very professional and he handled my problem with no issues. Great people, excellent service, very fair pricing. We had an entire HVAC system installed in our house in Bethlehem and Adam did an amazing job. We will recommend Lehigh Valley HVAC Pros & Eva without question.
