As with any "older" home the electric is crazy and one circuit accounts for one or two outlets/switches in every room in house. Mines no different...he fixed the three circuits that were causing me problems throughout the entire home.Everything works, everything is grounded, there is no humming, there is no switch without a purpose or power, the amp draw for the circuits are extremely low.
