The breaker I needed was no longer available, but he went above and beyond and was able to repair the original one from my box by adding new parts to the existing main breakers. This saved me the expense of having to replace an otherwise good and newer service entrance over just a bad breaker. He seems to genuinely care about providing good service to the customer while also trying to save them money when possible. Got me all fixed up in a short time.
